Premium Beach Residence Villa 2, Canggu

Stylish private villa /apartment with pool, private rooftop deck too. Nicely decorated and good security. Quiet neighborhood. Huge gourmet food store/supermarket close by on main road. Its down a laneway which is not finished but close to main road. Grabs can come to the door though. A bit far from beach.

The villa was fantastically located - being about a ten minute walk from the beach, and located right next door to a proper supermarket where you can buy everything you need to cook at home. The villa was clean and staff were proactive in asking when we wanted staff to come and clean, or to fumigate for mosquitos. The pool was shaded from the sun for most of the day which suited us as we were worried about getting too much sun exposure so we never had to worry about that. There was no loud construction going on near to the villa, and the villa is surrounded by large walls which blocked out a lot of the sound coming from the streets surrounding the villa. The hosts gave us local recommendations related to restaurants and activities we could do during our stay. We weren't surprised by the villa when we arrived as the photos were a fair reflection of what the villa actually looked like. Overall, a very positive experience and would stay again if we were ever to return to Canggu.

The Villa was spacious, had comfortable furniture and layout, very well maintained, clean, and in a great location. The grocery store was right next door which kept everyday living convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful towards our inquiries. Overall, really great stay!

Overall great place, perfect location, spacious enough for a group of 8 people, big bedrooms and nice ensuites. The living room and rooftop is great. Pool is a bit in the shade throughout the day and the daybed is bit overgrown with plants so feels a bit dark but still very nice. It’s next door to a new Gourmet Pepito market, and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying here. Only 2 downsides for us were the amount of mosquitos in the place. While the rooms are fine, there were so many mosquitos in the common area like next to the pool, it was not pleasant to be there and the same applied to the outdoor bathrooms. Other downside was the road that goes to the house is now on the side of the supermarket and it gets all their air conditioning blown on there as well as they’ve got their bins out to that side of the building. Nothing the Airbnb owners can do but overall made the experience less great.

Perfect location! Super friendly and responsive host ! Vony help a lot. Not missing any of our request! She also say bye when we check out. Good place for family too! Spacious living room and this part I think all the villa should provide ( a simple basinet and baby high chair ) free of charge! I ask for extra bed for my toddler also they arrange it 🫶🏽 thank you so much! Will be back and try their other villa in Bali. We enjoy our one week in this villa ☺️

For the first time in Bali it was a good place to stay, perfect location near to all needed around - restaurants, massage, shops, beaches etc, in walking distance. Good air-condi, always cool in rooms and wasn’t much mosquitoes or anyone else in open areas. Very comfortable to have our common room with kitchen a bit separate by pool from bedrooms. Very responsive and nice communication with host, thank you for our stay.

We had a great stay. It was very convenient to have restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. There was some construction in the area, but it was not as noisy as we expected. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Canggu, Bali next time.
