About the house
A two-bedroom villa on Jalan Abasan in Berawa. One bedroom has a 180-centimetre bed and the other two 120-centimetre beds; both have en-suite bathrooms and full-height windows onto the pool. The living room is enclosed, with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, and there is a separate guest toilet. Outside are a private pool and a rooftop. Sleeps four adults, with children under eight staying free when sharing existing beds; an extra bed or a cot can be added for a charge. There is space for one motorbike in front of the villa and no car parking on site, and the road in the area is rocky.

★ 4.8 · 47 ratings- good location - good kitchen appliances - comfy beds - not a new property - lots of stains on sofas/ towels/surfaces - feels very worn and has been used for parties a lot - felt a little dirty due to the property being worn - not as pictured - no cushions on outside furniture - 3 million Indonesian rupiah deposit in cash required - do not allow card - check out 11 am and check in not until 16:00, which seemed very late considering check out was 11.
We had a lovely stay in the villa! The communication went smooth and they were proactive and helpful. It was really nice to stay here
Was a nice and cozy stay for 3 person and the facilities and amenities were as described. The aircon was leaking for one of the rooms and the host fixed it as soon as they could. It was fixed once we came back from outside. Location was near many cafes and restaurants but not advisable to walk especially at night as it can be quite dark.
Veldig hyggelige verter som svarte raskt, men villaen var ikke helt som forventet. Lite utemøbler, flekker på håndklærne, noe møkkete uteområde og maur i sofaen. Men ok verdi for pengene.
It was really beautiful and its easy to move with grab bike, very private, clean and they were responsive to any inquiries we had. The villa is beautiful. Many complain about the singing of the musk, but we only heard them twice and it’s not as loud as they say. We could sleep peacefully until late and it was quiet most of the time.

The place was really nice, i’ll be back to rent this villa again.
We stayed at this villa for 6 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The villa itself is lovely, well-located, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The host was also very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated, especially as it coincided with the Balinese holiday of Nyepi. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. We had a problem with the rubbish bins, but after contacting the host, they responded promptly by coming over to collect them and clean up, which we appreciated. One thing to note is that one of the showers is significantly more powerful than the other, so it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to use both bedrooms. One evening, after returning late, we experienced a power outage which meant no air conditioning, lights, showers, or WiFi for the night. Unfortunately, due to the timing, this couldn’t be resolved immediately. However, the host came early the next morning (around 8:30am) to fix the

Id say its easy to get to and a decent place to stay. If youre not a heavy sleeper - its near a mosque so the azan (call for prayer) is pretty loud at 4am in the morning. best to use earplugs. If youre particular about showerheads, the water pressure isnt that strong but still ok! Overall, a good find for a good price

Highly recommend. My aircon was having issues as it was leaking i contacted the host and they were fast to reply and settle the issues. Very responsive. Great stay. There’s a minimart right infront of the villa. Someone who prefer private area and peace this is highly recommend. Thank you for the great stay.
Great value for price, cozy and nice for 2 people
It was very clean and a beautiful environment. It has plenty of amenities around for food and groceries. The villa was special and close to our heart. We really loved it and we will definitely recommend it to everybody

Overall, a decent place to stay. Location is quite near the canggu area and its about a 20mins cab ride to the beach club area. The road into the villa is quite narrow and unpaved, but bali drivers are very experience. Traffic in Bali is very bad, so if you are often heading outside of the canggu area then this location is not ideal. Overall cleanliness is good and photo / description matches what is shown on the host page.
