About the house
An upgraded two-level townhouse loft in the SWOI complex in Umalas, a gated community with security on site around the clock. Downstairs is an open living room with a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a private pool. Upstairs are two king bedrooms with premium bedding, a safe and a wardrobe each, a view over the plantation and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. A dedicated desk with fast Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling glazing, a smart TV and dedicated parking are included. Sleeps four adults, with children under eight staying free when sharing existing beds. The photographs show one of the complex's units, and individual lofts vary slightly. Housekeeping, pool and garden care, towels and Wi-Fi are part of the rate. A construction project nearby may be audible on some days.

Everything, from the comfortable sofas and modern TV to the gorgeous swimming pool, is in excellent condition. The amenities are fantastic, offering the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. A very special thank you to Vony and Alit, who were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their exceptional hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The location is another huge advantage! Everything is conveniently close by, especially fantastic gyms, beach clubs, restaurants, and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the best of Bali. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent facilities, outstanding hospitality, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again! Five stars without hesitation
