About the house
The most upgraded loft type in the SWOI complex in Umalas, a gated community with security on site around the clock. Downstairs is an open living room with a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a private pool fitted with the complex's signature poolside mirror. Upstairs are two bedrooms with premium bedding, designer decor, a safe and a wardrobe each, a balcony facing the plantation and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. A dedicated desk with fast Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling glazing, a smart TV, an in-unit washing machine and dedicated parking are included. Sleeps four adults, with children under eight staying free when sharing existing beds. Housekeeping, pool and garden care, towels and Wi-Fi are part of the rate. A construction project nearby may be audible on some days.

房东很热情，我们到别墅比较早，希望能提前入住洗澡化妆出去玩，房东热情答应了，还有欢迎水果，在住期间也经常碰到房东跟我们热情的打招呼，在印度尼西亚的这八天都非常的快乐，巴厘岛的人们都很友好热情，房东准备的早餐也很好吃，可惜我们出门都比较早只吃了一次，下次去巴厘岛我还会再选择这家别墅入住
We stayed 6 nights. The team was helpful and we enjoyed the stay. Communication was very kind and friendly.
Beautiful accomodation, great location, not too close to central Seminyak but an easy bike down. House was exactly like photos.

Happy with my stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. When we needed something they took care of it quickly. Beds were comfy, villa was beautiful, and pool was good for my group. It felt private and homey.
We stayed at one of the Swoi Lofts villas for 2 weeks as a family with two young children, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and everything is brand new. It offers a perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and tranquility. The entrance is securely guarded 24/7, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Vony, who was always available whenever we needed anything. If there was ever a small issue or question, she responded immediately and either came to the villa within minutes or arranged help right away. Her hospitality and care made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is simply amazing. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance: a wonderful kindergarten, Pilates studios, fantastic cafés and restaurants, spas and massage places, padel courts, even a matcha shop, as well as supermarkets. We truly fell in love with the neighborhood and its vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our family created beautiful memories here, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Swoi Lofts to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located villa in Bali. We would love to come back!
Highly recommend staying here! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Kak Vony was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. She made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and we’d definitely love to stay here again!
This place is stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in so much natural light, and the designer decor makes the whole place feel super high-end and stylish. The highlight for me was the pool area, that mirror setup is amazing for photos! It’s also incredibly practical if you need to get some work done, as the dedicated workstation is perfectly set up. The king beds were so comfortable, and the team was wonderful. Can’t recommend this place enough, it looks even better in person!
Loved our experience so much at this villa. Especially the amenities and facilities made us feel like at home. Our kid love the ambiance as the space is so big. The location is close to Revolver (our fav cafe spot in Bali), very walkable distance to the beach, and very peaceful at night (literally no noise at all surprisingly). The host is also responsive 🫶 they provide washing machine which is crucial for us as we often had water activities. 5/5!!
