About the house
A two-level townhouse loft in the SWOI complex in Umalas, a gated community with security on site around the clock. Downstairs is an open living room with a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a private pool fitted with the complex's signature poolside mirror. Upstairs are two king bedrooms with premium bedding, a safe and a wardrobe each, a balcony facing the plantation and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. A dedicated desk with fast Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a smart TV, an in-unit washing machine and dedicated parking are all included. Sleeps four adults, with children under eight staying free when sharing existing beds. Housekeeping, pool and garden care, towels and Wi-Fi are part of the rate. A construction project nearby may be audible on some days.

The villa was beautiful, clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and I would definitely consider coming back again. The host was also very kind, friendly, and gave clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a divider between the bathtub and the sink area to prevent the bathroom floor from getting too wet.

We enjoyed our stay, Vonny and Alit were so friendly and attentive. The apartment is brand new, clean, a loft style villa. We were very late arriving and self check in was very easy. Staff always available via whats app to confirm if we wanted any house cleaning or assistance. Location is perfect, right between Seminyak and Caangu, away from the hustle and bustle. The loft is walking distance to Pepitos, a money exchange, Alive health food store and Revolver coffee. Thanks team!
